Finance Services

Finance Services consists of Budgets and Financial System Development, Financial Services , Revenue and Tax Services and Purchasing Services. These four sections are responsible for preparation of strategic financial plans; the annual operating budget; the multi-year capital budget; all financial transactions and appropriate record keeping; tax billing and collection; procurement for all departments and designated boards and commissions of the City of Oshawa.
