City Manager's Office
The City Manager's Office provides overall corporate management and strategic and managerial direction to the Corporation of the City of Oshawa. The primary objective is to ensure that the administration operates efficiently, cost effectively and in accordance with City Council policy. In addition to overall corporate management, the City Manager is directly responsible for City Clerk Services, Human Resources, Legal Services, Corporate Strategic Initiatives and Municipal Law Enforcement and Licensing Services.
