Corporate Strategic Initiatives

Corporate Strategic Initiatives provides advice to the City Manager and Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) on the direction, development, planning, integration and alignment of complex corporate strategic and change management initiatives. Functions include the management and implementation of corporate projects involving inter-departmental staff teams. This office provides leadership and advice regarding the corporate business planning initiative including the preparation of the Corporate Business Plan and the annual review of departmental, agency and business unit business plans. Various research and analysis activities are undertaken, including the identification of and advice on critical and emerging municipal issues, trends and best practices and related municipal impacts, options and solutions.
