The Oshawa Accessibility Advisory Committee advises and assists the City in developing and maintaining a barrier-free Oshawa. The Committee’s full complement is fourteen citizens appointed by Council. A majority of the members are persons with disabilities. The other members are individuals who have an interest in accessibility issues. For greater detail regarding the role and responsibilities of the OAAC, view the Committee’s Terms of Reference.
