Strategic and Business Services Branch is responsible for the provision of strategic services and business planning, budget, administrative and specialized services to contribute to the Department meeting its strategic goals and legal requirements.  Responsibilities include general business management and administrative support, financial management, and technology initiatives.

Business Services

The Business Services Division is responsible for measuring and managing Departmental resources for continuous improvement, developing Department Business Plans, operating policies and procedures.  The Division also co-ordinates Department technology initiatives and provides Department administrative support.

Finance and Data Management

The Finance and Data Management Division develops, coordinates and monitors the Department operating and capital budgets and provides financial management and related reports.
