The City is currently processing the development applications submitted by SO Developments Inc. (Graywood Developments) for lands at the southwest corner of Phillip Murray Avenue and Park Road South (Files: S-O-2016-10, Z-2016-14, C-O-2016-04) and lands south of Renaissance Drive and west of Park Road South (Files: S-O-2016-11, Z-2016-15). Development Services Committee held a Planning Act public meeting on January 16, 2017 regarding these applications.
