Commemorative Tree and Bench Program

Establish a living legacy...

The City of Oshawa Commemorative Tree and Bench Program offers donors the opportunity to dedicate a tree or a park bench in memory of a loved one or as a celebration of a special event such as a birth or marriage.  Your donation will not only provide a lasting memory, but also help to beautify our parks and trails.

Tree planting and bench installations take place from May to November, subject to weather conditions.  Both tree and bench donations include a commemorative plaque inscribed with your personalized sentiment.

Donations are eligible for a tax receipt.
