|Assistive Devices, Technologies and Interpreters/Support Persons|
|Please let us know if you need accessibility assistance to share your thoughts, join a program or to attend a Council or Committee meeting.
At many City facilities, service counters and public computers have assistive devices and technology such as, Ubi Duos, magnifiers, listening devices, JAWS and ZoomText software.
To make sure we have the right tools and/or people available to support you, please contact the staff of the branch providing the service (i.e., City Clerks Services for Council or Committee Meetings) or Service Oshawa one business day before the activity or meeting.

The City recognizes that people with disabilities may use methods other than standard print to obtain information. It is our policy to provide documents in an alternate accessible format or to provide communication supports upon request.

|The City of Oshawa and the Oshawa Accessibility Advisory Committee will annually present Accessibility Improvement Awards to residents and businesses of Oshawa who have helped improve access for individuals with disabilities.|
