There are many ways to get involved in your community, while helping to preserve and protect our beautiful city.
The Oshawa Environmental Advisory Committee (O.E.A.C.) hosts several events throughout the year. All events are open to the public. Information on events will be provided as it becomes available.
The O.E.A.C., in partnership with the Region of Durham and University of Ontario Institute of Technology, invites you to a free showing of the award-winning feature documentary "Just Eat It: A food waste story" on Thursday, October 27 at the Regent Theatre (50 King St. E., Oshawa).
Admission is free. There will be a cash bar and door prizes, including tickets for the Oshawa Generals and gift certificates to Bistro '67. Donations of non-perishable food items for our local food bank would be greatly appreciated.

The Oshawa Environmental Advisory Committee meetings are held once a month in the Committee Room at City Hall. All meetings are open to the public.
