In response to the Province of Ontario taking additional steps to ease public health measures, effective March 1, proof of vaccination is no longer required at City of Oshawa recreation facilities, City Hall and Oshawa Animal Services.
Visitors will still be required to adhere to signage and self-screen prior to entering City facilities and are reminded that health and safety protocols remain in place and must be followed at all times.
Effective March 1, appointments are no longer required at Oshawa Animal Services and City recreation facilities (for further details on City recreation facilities, visit Oshawa.ca/ReOpeningRecreation).
Effective March 7, appointments will no longer be required at City Hall. However, at this time and leading up until March 7, City Hall remains open to the public by appointment only. Community members are required to book an appointment for City services by calling 905-436-3311 during regular hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday on business days).
Community members can continue to do business with the City online or over the phone. Service Oshawa continues to be available online, over the phone or by email from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and can be reached by calling 905-436-3311, emailing [email protected] or by accessing online services at serviceoshawa.ca.
