Coordinated Access and Durham's By-Name List
The Region's goal is to end chronic homelessness in the Region and provide streamlined access to support. Durham Region achieved the Home and Basic Quality on Coordinated Access milestone in April 2021. In 2022, 218 people were housed, about 16 people each month.
