Change of time and schedule for regular Council meetings
Oshawa City Council has approved a new four-week meeting schedule for regular Council meetings that is now in effect and available online.
At its meeting of February 18, 2020, Council approved a four-week schedule to allow for the following changes for regular Council meetings in 2020-2022:
- Regular Council meetings to be held on Mondays every four weeks at 9:30 a.m.
- On holiday Mondays, regular Council meetings to be rescheduled on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. or, if there is a conflict with Regional Standing Committee meetings, the next available day at 9:30 a.m.
Council and Standing Committee meetings are held in the Council Chamber at City Hall (50 Centre Street South) unless otherwise noted on the Council and Standing Committee Meeting Calendar. To receive email notifications of Council and Standing Committee meetings, visit www.oshawa.ca/subscribe.
A full calendar of Council and Standing Committee meetings through to 2022 is available online, with agendas and minutes made available nearing/following meeting dates.
Community members interested in attending a meeting but unable to attend in person are encouraged to watch online using the City’s Council and Committee webstreaming.
