June is Bike Month - The Oshawa City Council, City staff and citizen ride is this Saturday
Reminder: Join us for an Oshawa City Council, City staff and citizen ride starting at City Hall (50 Centre St. S.) this Saturday, June 17 at 11 a.m.
Community members are invited to take part in Bike Month this June with a number of cycling events being offered by the City of Oshawa and Oshawa Active Transportation in partnership with The Region of Durham, area municipalities and community partners.
Biking offers both physical and mental advantages, whether it is done for leisure, fitness, or commuting.
In addition to Bike Month events across the Region, Oshawa is offering three cycling opportunities, including:
- Saturday, June 3 at 3 p.m.: Oshawa historical ride starting at Lakeview Park (55 Lakeview Park Ave.)
- Monday, June 5 at 5 p.m.: Oshawa historical ride starting at Lakeview Park (55 Lakeview Park Ave.)
- Saturday, June 17 at 11 a.m.: Oshawa City Council, City staff and citizen ride starting at City Hall (50 Centre St. S.)
