Applications have been submitted to amend Zoning By-law 60-94 and to amend an approved Draft Plan of Subdivision submitted by D.G. Biddle and Associates Limited on behalf of Greycrest Homes (Oshawa) Inc. for lands at Conlin Rd. E. and Riverton St. The applications have been determined to be complete. The Oshawa Economic and Development Services Committee will be considering the applications at a future Planning Act public meeting. 

Nominations for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections closed at 2 p.m. on August 21.

In accordance with By-law 181-2022, shopping carts found on City property and removed by the City are subject to a retrieval and storage fee. Carts not claimed will be disposed of the week following April 1, July 1, Oct 1, and Jan 1.
