Paying a Penalty

An online payment can be made at Oshawa Ticket Express.

• Oshawa City Hall: City Hall is closed to the public. Community members can continue to do business with the City online or over the phone.  
• Service Oshawa: We are on reduced hours effective March 25 until further notice Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closed on Saturday’s.

Payment methods:

• Cash (envelope in drop box)
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
• Cheque or money order (payable to the City of Oshawa)

Payment by mail can only be done by cheque, payable to the City of Oshawa. Please send your cheque with your parking tag or penalty notice to:
