Contact Building Permit and Inspection Services at 905-436-5658 or [email protected]. If you live in an area that is not yet assumed (e.g. new subdivision), you may need approval from your builder or developer. The information above is for standard pool installations and landscaping projects. Special conditions may apply for corner lots, properties adjacent to Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (C.L.O.C.A.) lands, and more major projects. An owner may authorize another person to act as an agent on their behalf. The agent is able to represent the owner and attend inspections at the property in the event the owner is unable to do so. |
