The Civic Recreation Complex indoor Fieldhouse features artificial turf that can be configured to suit any field sports needs.

Council-approved Civic Recreation Complex Allocation Guidelines are used to guide the allocation process for both the Fieldhouse and Civic Fields. If you are interested in completing a booking request, please choose the appropriate application form from the list below:

Insurance Requirements
All rentals require proof of a minimum of $2 million general liability insurance with the City of Oshawa named as an additional insured. If a certificate of insurance cannot be provided, insurance is available through the City of Oshawa.
Overdue Invoices
Recreation and Culture Services will charge interest on balances 30 days overdue calculated from the invoice date. Interest at a rate of 1.25% monthly will be applied on the first day of each month until full payment is received.
Payments must be received and processed by the due date in order to avoid interest charges.
