Meeting Room Rentals

Our recreational facilities recreation facilities have a room for any meeting, birthday party, family function or event.

Facility rental application

All events and activities in City of Oshawa facilities are required to be non-partisan during an election year. Events will not be permitted to display and/or distribute any political and/or campaign material(s) during events. This policy applies to all three orders of government.

Room rental classifications

Level 1 rooms

Arts Resource Centre – Meeting Room and Studios
Children's Arena – Meeting Room
Civic Recreation Complex - Meeting Rooms 3, 4 and 5
Columbus Community Centre – Main Room (rentals at this facility are subject to a staff charge of $21.65 per hour, plus H.S.T.)
Delpark Homes Centre – Activity Rooms 2, 3, and 4
Donevan Recreation Complex – Program Room and Meeting Room
South Oshawa Community Centre – Meeting Rooms 1 and 2

Level 2 rooms

Arts Resource Centre – Auditorium
Civic Recreation Complex – Bobby Orr Room and Meeting Rooms 4 and 5, when combined
Delpark Homes Centre – Leisure Room
South Oshawa Community Centre – Meeting Rooms 1 and 2, when combined

Premium rooms

Delpark Homes Centre – Leisure Room (licensed bookings)
South Oshawa Community Centre – Youth Room and Teaching Kitchen
