In person: Main floor of Oshawa City Hall at 50 Centre St. S. The main entrance at City Hall is located on the south side of the building, across from the Robert McLaughlin Art Gallery.

To speak with a specific employee, call 905-436-3311 and simply say the name of the employee. Most City of Oshawa email addresses have the same format: first initial, last name @oshawa.ca, e.g. [email protected]
