The Canadian Flight Academy litigation matter was on the trial list for the Fall 2023 sittings, which took place from November 20, 2023 to December 8, 2023. While the parties were ready to proceed with trial, by the time there was a judge available, there was not enough time remaining during the trial sittings to complete the trial. The City of Oshawa is providing an update on the Oshawa Executive Airport Action Plan related to balancing the needs of both airport users and community members.
The Oshawa Executive Airport is a significant asset for economic growth for the City and Durham Region, and the City’s long-term vision includes balancing the quality of life of our residents with the economic benefits of the airport.
