- Athol St. between Centre St. S. and Simcoe St. S.
- Debwewin Miikan (formerly Bagot St.) Between Simcoe St. S. and Queen St.
- Metcalfe St. between Centre St. and Simcoe St. S.
- Queen St. from the north side at the crosswalk by permit parking to the south side south of the main entrance to RMG
Why: Bright and Merry Market and Tree Lighting Event

Take Back the Night Road Closure

Where:
Full closure from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- McGrigor St. between Simcoe St. S. and Centre St. S. (Hard close from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
Rolling closures starting from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the right lane:
- Simcoe St. S. from McGrigor St. to Richmond St.
- Richmond St. from Simcoe St. N. to Centre St. S.
- Centre St. S. back to McGrigor St.
Why: Community Awareness and Advocacy Event

Lakeview Park lookout closed until further notice

Where: The lookout is located southwest of the Lakeview Park playground along the waterfront trail.
When: Until further notice
Why: The lookout will be closed for maintenance and repairs.

The Bowmanville Extension will extend Lakeshore East GO rail service nearly 20 km east of the Durham College Oshawa GO Station to Bowmanville, serving the Region of Durham. Expanded rail service will provide Durham Region with direct connections to the larger GO Transit network, helping to reduce congestion in the Greater Golden Horseshoe while better connecting customers to education, family, entertainment, and jobs.

South Oshawa Community Centre Pool Reconstruction Project

The City of Oshawa continues to extend its sincere thanks to residents and facility users for their continued patience and understanding as work progresses on the South Oshawa Community Centre Pool reconstruction project.
Project Status:
Exterior excavation work continues, which supports the necessary upgrades to the foundation drainage system. Temporary sidewalk closures remain in effect to protect public safety while this work is carried out.
