The Bowmanville Extension will extend Lakeshore East GO rail service nearly 20 km east of the Durham College Oshawa GO Station to Bowmanville, serving the Region of Durham. No through access will be available for emergency vehicles.
Temporary conditions signs will be posted in accordance with provincial standards.
When: Wednesday, August 27, 2025
Time: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Carriage Works Dr. between William St. E and Bond St. E - Open for local traffic only from William St.
Why: Mobile crane to hoist replacement mechanical equipment to the roof -100 Bond St. E

Following a Feasibility Study and public consultation, Oshawa City Council recently approved converting Colborne St. E. (from Centre St. N. to Division St.) and Brock St. E. (from Simcoe St. N. to Division St.) from one-way to two-way traffic operations.
