Lakeview Park west gazebo closed until further notice

Where: The gazebo located in Lakeview Park is the second one from the western boundary of the park and the first one east of the Mandela Gazebo. This closure does not affect any roads.
When: Until further notice.
Why: The gazebo will be closed until a structural inspection is completed.

Restoration of Parking Garage 1

Restoration of Parking Garage 1 (1 Centre St. N) will begin on Monday, July 7 with work anticipated to be completed by the end of August.
Please be advised that a number of parking spaces may be unavailable for use while restoration work is underway.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks you for your patience and understanding.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available in the downtown in other City parking garages, surface lots and on-street.

South Oshawa Community Centre Pool Reconstruction Project

Civic Recreation Complex Washroom Repairs

The main floor washrooms at the Civic Recreation Complex are closed for construction and repair until further notice. Community members are asked to use alternative washrooms at the Civic Fieldhouse while construction is ongoing.

Updated 9:45 a.m., Friday, May 23: The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (C.U.P.W.) has begun legal strike action by launching a nationwide overtime ban for Urban, Rural and Suburban mail carriers. While Canada Post is continuing to operate, customers may experience delays. This strike action would impact mail delivery to and from the City.
