Personal training packages

We are here to help you reach your fitness goals, whatever they might be. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, just starting, or recovering from an injury, our certified personal trainers are here to work with you one-on-one. Personal training is available at any of our three fitness centres.

Our trainers are certified through organizations such as the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (C.S.E.P.), CanfitPro, Certified Professional Trainers Network (C.P.T.N.) and others.

When working with our personal trainers they will:

  • Assist you with choosing realistic goals and focus on your unique needs
  • Design a personalized training program to help you reach your goals
  • Guarantee that you exercise safely including proper form and technique through direct supervision and coaching
  • Maximize your efficiency and productivity
  • Educate you on current exercise techniques and theories
  • Adjust your training program when needed to ensure continuous improvement, motivation and results

Personal training sessions are up to 60 minutes in length and community members with an active Level 2 Fitness Centre Membership or All Inclusive Membership receive a discounted fee.

Community members with an active Level 2 Fitness Centre Membership or All Inclusive Membership receive a discounted fee on our Smart Start Package and Certified Fitness Assessment.

Smart start package

A great start towards physical health. Let our professional team evaluate your fitness level and create a training program specifically for you. You will receive one fitness assessment and one personal training session with a certified personal trainer who will walk you through your personal training program.

Certified Fitness Assessment

A certified fitness consultant will evaluate your current fitness level, help identify areas for improvement, and help guide you to meet your fitness goals.

Rehabilitation programs

If you are recovering from a sports injury, or motor vehicle accident or rehabilitation programs may be right for you. Our team will work in conjunction with your physiotherapist and other rehab professionals in assisting with your recovery.

Team training

Have your team ready and in top shape for the season. Let our personal trainers develop and facilitate a four to twelve week program that will increase your teams' cardiovascular endurance and strength. Customizable for any sport.
