Facility Booking Office
The Facility Booking Office issues permits for:
- Arena Rentals
- Ball Diamond Rentals
- Civic Fieldhouse Rentals
- Civic Recreation Complex Fields Rentals
- Group Picnics
- Indoor and Outdoor Track Rentals
- Sport Fields Rentals
- Weddings and Wedding Photos in City Parks
For meeting room, pool and birthday party rentals, please contact the recreation facility directly.
Facility Booking Office hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Closed on Sunday and all Federal and Provincial holidays and holiday weekends.
Use of corporate resources for election purposes
All events and activities in City of Oshawa facilities must be non-partisan during an election year. Events cannot display or distribute political campaign materials. This Use of Corporate Resources for Election Purposes policy applies to all three orders of government.
Insurance requirements
All rentals require proof of a minimum of $2 million general liability insurance with the City of Oshawa named as an additional insured. If a certificate of insurance cannot be provided, insurance is available through the City of Oshawa.
Overdue invoices
The City of Oshawa charges interest at 1.25% monthly on balances 30 days overdue.
