Asphalt Resurfacing: Oshawa City Hall Parking Lot

What: Partial temporary closure of the main public and staff parking lot at 50 Centre St., Oshawa

Details: The City of Oshawa has retained a contractor for asphalt resurfacing of the main parking lot at Oshawa City Hall. The work will include removals and replacement of portions of the asphalt running surface located at Municipal Lot #52.

Where: City of Oshawa Municipal Lot #52, main visitor and staff parking lot

Work Schedule: October 14 to October 26. Unfavourable weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may impact the work schedule.

Visitors to City Hall:

For public safety, construction will include temporary parking closures to areas being resurfaced. 

Heavy equipment will need to access the site from Centre St.

Adjusted work hours will be in place between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. during the work schedule. Please exercise caution around the construction site.

Alternate Parking: During the work schedule, public parking spaces in Municipal Lot #52 will be impacted during certain phases of the work. In these instances, visitors may park in Municipal Lot #50, located south of The Robert McLaughlin Gallery. For more information on parking options and municipal lots, visit Oshawa.ca/Parking.
