Changes to City programs and services

City Hall and Service Oshawa

The City will observe National Truth and Reconciliation on Tuesday, September 30. City Hall and Service Oshawa will be closed on that day.

For your convenience, Customer Service Representatives will be on hand at Service Oshawa on Saturday, September 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Waste collection

There will be no changes to waste collection service on Tuesday, September 30.

Download the “Durham Region Waste” app or visit the City’s Find Your Collection Schedule webpage to view and print your calendar and sign up for reminders, alerts, and notifications related to waste collection services.

Recreation facilities

Recreation facilities will be open with regular hours of operation on Tuesday, September 30, for activities, programs, and facility permits.
