Civic Square

Located in downtown Oshawa and in front of City Hall is Civic Square. With landscaped gardens and trees at its periphery, Civic Square is a publically accessible space used for City-run and community group events. Events such as Culture2 (Culture Squared), Tree Lighting and special events (e.g. Pan Am Torch Relay) have taken place in the space.  From Spring to Fall, the outdoor plaza area contains chairs, tables and umbrellas for casual use throughout the day.
