Gulfstream Park is located in north Oshawa off of Bridle Road. In addition to a playground and sports field the park has several environmental features that complement the natural area that surrounds the park including:
accessible neighbourhood pedestrian links that easily connect to the surrounding neighbourhoods and provide direct connections to the City's recreational trail system;
a pollinator garden consisting of 100% native plants; and,
significant tree planting to help reduce urban radiant heat, providing sun protection for the park user.
