Lakeview Park Beach

Lakeview Park Beach is a sandy beach located on the shore of Lake Ontario within Lakeview Park and is a popular destination offering museums, picnic areas, playgrounds, sports fields, and a waterfront pier. Lifeguards Lifeguards are on-site daily from the 3rd Monday of June until Labour Day between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. weather permitting. Supervision may be adjusted due to heat alerts, rain, or air temperatures falling below 18°C. Group sports and activities such as volleyball and frisbee are not permitted. On-site enforcement by Municipal By-Law Enforcement. Park washroom facilities are available from May until the end of October. Washroom facilities include the main washroom building located near the Jubilee Pavilion and a number of accessible portable washroom units with hand sanitizers which are available when the main washroom facilities are closed. The washroom building located near the beach is closed.
