Easter weekend holiday hours

Friday, April 3 to Monday, April 6 is Easter Weekend. Learn how City closures and service changes may affect you:

Service Oshawa & City Hall

Service Oshawa will be closed on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6. Customer Service Representatives will be available at Service Oshawa on Saturday, April 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Waste Services

There will be no waste collection service on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6.

• Friday, April 3: Collection moves to Saturday, April 4.
• Week of April 6: Collection is one day later than usual.

Recreation Facilities

The City’s recreation facilities will run of the following modified schedule during the holiday weekend. Please note facilities may operate outside specified holiday hours for permitted rentals.

• Friday, April 3: Civic Recreation Complex open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. , Delpark Homes Centre open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday, April 4: Civic Recreation Complex open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Delpark Homes Centre open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Donevan Recreation Complex open 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., South Oshawa Community Centre open 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Sunday, April 5: Delpark Homes Centre open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Monday, April 6: Civic Recreation Complex open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Delpark Homes Centre open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 

All other recreation facilities will be closed, and registered recreation programs will be cancelled.
