Applications have been submitted by Land Solutions Ontario on behalf of Oshawa (Conlin) Developments (BT) Inc. to amend the Kedron Part II Plan, for Amendments to a Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision and to amend the Zoning By-law for lands generally located north and south of Britannia Ave. E., east of Grandview St. N.
Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Oshawa passed By-law 58-2026 on the 22nd day of June, 2026, under Section 30.1, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter O.18 with respect to the property municipally known as 3860 Simcoe Street North.

The City of Oshawa is preparing detailed designs to pave and extend the existing granular Oshawa Creek Recreation Trail from Conlin Road E. north to Britannia Ave. E. and Britannia Ave. E. north to Windfields Farm Dr. E.
Community members are invited to submit feedback to Service Oshawa. Feedback will be received until 4 p.m. on Thursday April 23, 2026, and will be considered as part of the design.
In accordance with By-law 181-2022, shopping carts found on City property and removed by the City are subject to a retrieval and storage fee. Carts not claimed will be disposed of the week following April 1, July 1, Oct 1, and Jan 1.
