No through access will be available for emergency vehicles.

Temporary conditions signs are in place in accordance with provincial standards.

When: from Thursday, September 17 until 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 21

Where: between King St.E and Athol St.E

Why: Oshawa Tourism's Convergence Music and Art Festival road closure
