A public meeting will be held on March 2 regarding applications for Approval of a Draft Plan of Subdivision and to amend Zoning By-law 60-94 submitted by RG Consulting Inc. on behalf of 407 AT7 Centre Inc. for lands at 2860 Thornton Road North.

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Oshawa passed By-law 128-2025 on the 24th day of November, 2025, under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter O.18 with respect to the property municipally known as 357 Simcoe St. S.

Applications have been submitted to the City of Oshawa by RG Consulting Inc. on behalf of 407 AT7 Centre Inc. for Approval of a Draft Plan of Subdivision (File: S-O-2025-03) and to amend Zoning By-law 60-94 (File: Z-2025-05) for lands at 2860 Thornton Rd. N. The applications have been determined to be complete.
A Notice of Public Meeting under the Planning Act will be advertised separately at a future date.

In accordance with By-law 181-2022, shopping carts found on City property and removed by the City are subject to a retrieval and storage fee. Carts not claimed will be disposed of the week following April 1, July 1, Oct 1, and Jan 1.
