Service Oshawa may experience high call volumes. Please check our Snow Clearing Activity Report for updates and wait 24 hours after the Significant Weather Event ends before reporting unplowed roads or sidewalks. To report fallen trees, streetlight outages, or road debris, call 905‑436‑3311.

Blue Box Collection - is managed by Circular Materials, with Miller Waste contracted to provide recycling collection in Oshawa. For concerns, call 1-888-852-4723 or email Area8@millerwaste.ca

Thank you for considering a donation to Oshawa Animal Services (O.A.S.).

Donations help support the care and services provided to animals at O.A.S. Funds help support our commitment to keeping the animals in our care healthier, safer, and more comfortable. Donations can cover veterinary services, enrichment, and food for animals in our care, who come to us lost, injured, or surrendered. 

Donations also assist with the delivery of programs, including foster care, animal reunification, and community support services.

To date, your donations have helped hundreds of animals get a second chance at a new beginning.
