A Supra key box, also known as a key safe, provides Oshawa Fire Services with quick access to your building during a temporary absence of the building superintendent or when commercial buildings are closed outside of working hours.

A Supra key box contains keys to the building and specific areas such as maintenance and mechanical rooms.

How do I purchase a Supra key box?

  1. Purchase your Supra key box at Service Oshawa, located at Oshawa City Hall, 50 Centre St. S. The price for the key box is $131.99, plus H.S.T.
  2. Read and follow installation instructions included with your purchase.
  3. Clearly label all necessary keys with room name, number and location.
  4. Label all doors to locked rooms indicating the use or contents for quick identification of the required keys.
  5. Call Service Oshawa to arrange a meeting with a Fire Prevention Inspector to look at the installation and lock your keys inside the box.
