Service Disruptions and Closures

The Boys and Girls Club is hosting a community BBQ  with live music on May 2 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., which may result in increased noise.

Temporary Pier closure for winter maintenance and railing removal.

The City of Oshawa will be replacing existing pathway surfaces as well as completing minor repairs and improvements throughout Lakeview Park. This project is anticipated to be completed this fall. The work will be done in a phased approach to limit user impact.

The track at the Civic Recreation Complex is closed on Monday, April 20. The tennis and squash courts remain open.

The pedestrian stairs on the west side of Ritson Rd. S leading to Graburn Ave. are closed until further notice 

Harmony Trail from King St. E. to Adelaide Ave. E. is closed due to flooding until further notice.

Renaissance Park playground is closed effective immediately due to ponding water and will remain closed until further notice.

The work involves the reconstruction of Thornton Road North to a two-lane road with bike lakes, a multi-use path on the east side, and installation of new storm sewers and Regional services such as sanitary sewers water main systems.

The playground and sunshade at Nipigon Park are closed for repairs until further notice.
