Search of Records (Compliance Letter)
The City of Oshawa will provide a written response to requests for information involving any of the following property related matters:
- Zoning
- Land use
- Building Permits
- By-law complaints
- Any building or by-law related orders and notices
Please note that surveys are not provided through a Search of Records Request. Copies of by-law orders can only be requested through the Freedom of Information process. Property owners can request Building Permit Drawings from Building Services for a fee.
