Oshawa City Council 2022-2026

The City of Oshawa is one of eight lower-tier municipalities within the Regional Municipality of Durham. Oshawa City Council is comprised of 11 members.

The Mayor is elected at large by electors throughout the City and heads the Council of the City of Oshawa. The Mayor also represents the City on the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.

Five Regional and City Councillors are elected by ward to represent the City on both the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and the Council of the City of Oshawa.

Five City Councillors are elected by ward to represent the City on the Council of the City of Oshawa. The current term of Council began on November 15, 2022 and will end on November 14, 2026.
