Recreation Services

Recreation Services is responsible for the delivery of recreation and leisure opportunities that help create healthy communities and engaged citizens. This includes:

• planning and delivery of recreation programs
• management of fitness centres
• promotion and operation of recreation facilities and community centres
• processing of applications for the use of City facilities, fitness memberships and program registrations 
• engagement with local community sport organizations that utilize City facilities
