Information Technology Services provides solutions vital to the efficient delivery of services, including: 

• information technology and communications infrastructure
• information security controls and cybersecurity systems
• business applications and database management
• Geographic Information Systems (G.I.S.)

Innovation and Transformation

The Innovation and Transformation branch drives change through new activities and programs, including partnerships with the private and public sectors and collaboration with internal teams. This Branch oversees the following corporate initiatives: 

• Accessibility and Age-Friendly compliance and initiatives
• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation
• TeachingCity Oshawa 

Legal Services

The Legal Services branch is the City’s in-house law firm. They provide legal representation on City business and operations matters.
