Building Services

Building Permit and Inspection Services staff oversee and enforce the Ontario Building Code Act in order to make sure our buildings are safe, healthy and accessible where we live, work and play.

Our team reviews building permit applications, performs building permit inspections, investigates complaints regarding active construction, performs zoning review of building permit applications and provides historical permit drawings (when available).

Our team also provides zoning and building code information. We are here to help you during your entire construction process.
