Changes to Oshawa recycling collection

As of January 1, 2026, recycling collection in Durham Region is now part of Ontario’s Blue Box Program. 
The program is managed by Circular Materials, with Miller Waste contracted to provide recycling collection in Oshawa.
For questions related to recycling collection including missed collections, replacement blue bins or collection schedules, contact Miller Waste directly.
