The Oshawa Strategic Plan 2024 – 2027: Innovate. Belong. Care. Lead. is the City’s highest policy document.
The Plan identifies a vision for the long-term future, refines the City’s corporate mission and sets out a series of priority areas, goals and actions to move towards the vision.
To realize this vision, these four priority areas have been identified, supported with specific goals and action items:
- INNOVATE: vibrant culture and economy
- BELONG: inclusive and healthy community
- CARE: safe and sustainable environment
- LEAD: governance and service excellence
