Service Oshawa Online improves access to City services and helps the City to respond to requests in a timely manner. Select a category below to quickly find the service request or application you'd like to submit.
Some of our online services require that you register so that we can follow up on your requests or applications, and so that you can review the status of your requests or applications.
What cannot be reported online?
Some service requests cannot be reported online, being of an urgent nature requiring a more timely notification to staff. These types of requests will be identified below, and can be reported by:
- Calling 905-436-3311 (after-hours, follow the voice prompts)
- Live Chat (available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, or 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday)
What is the status of my previously submitted request?
You can check on the status of your previously submitted application or permit, or upload submittals to an in-progress application, in our Oshawa Application Portal. If you've submitted a service request or reported an issue, you can check on the status of your previously submitted service request in our Service Request portal.
