The City of Oshawa has retained CIMA+ to complete the detailed design of Conlin Rd. E., from Edenwood Dr. to Harmony Rd. N. Community members are invited to attend a public open house on Wednesday, July 15 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Delpark Homes Centre (1661 Harmony Rd. N.) to review the detailed design and presentation.
