Event volunteer application
We are seeking community-minded volunteers for the 2026 event season.
Applications will be open until Sunday, March 1, 11:59 p.m.
Doors Open site application
Showcase your historic building or unique site at Doors Open Oshawa on May 2. Site registration closes on March 1.
Vendor applications
We invite local merchandise and food vendors to apply to participate in community events. Event details and application timelines are found within each application.
Not-for-profit information booth application
We invite community-based not-for-profits to provide activations and information regarding their services to a diverse and engaged audience at our well-attended, family-friendly community events. Event details and application timelines are found within each application.
