Cultural Leadership Council

The Cultural Leadership Council (C.L.C.) is a volunteer committee that helps implement Culture Counts: Oshawa's Arts, Culture and Heritage Plan by leading and collaborating on initiatives, strategies, and action items.

This leadership group has Standing and Appointment Members representing external agencies, post-secondary partners, Oshawa-based cultural organizations, creative industries, local businesses, and community members, including artists and youth.

In addition to serving as a resource to City staff, the volunteer members attend meetings, participate in local cultural events and initiatives and share public feedback on the cultural activities.
