- Groups of 20 or more people require a permit.
- Permits are only issued for groups of up to 100 people.
- A permit is not required for groups of less than 20 people.
Group Picnics
Beautifully situated on Lake Ontario, Lakeview Park is a family-friendly park.
Applications for gatherings at Lakeview Park will be accepted beginning March 1. Non-resident applications will be processed in order received beginning June 1. All applicants will be contacted by the Facility Booking Office when their application is being reviewed.
- The Jubilee Pavilion has sole concession rights at Lakeview Park. Groups cannot use outside food services at Lakeview Park.
- Park users cannot bring personal cooking devices, including propane or charcoal barbecues.
- Park users cannot have alcoholic beverages in the park.
- Park users cannot have fires.
- Park users cannot erect an enclosed tent, shelter or structure of any kind as per the Parks and Facilities By-law
- Park users must keep pets leashed at all times and off the public beach.
- Observation lookouts are not for picnic use.
- Solicitation of any kind is not permitted.
