Rotary Park now open
Rotary Park reopened July 2026, following a major revitalization as part of the City’s centennial legacy project. The renovated park features a new outdoor pool with four lanes, zero-entry pool area, toddler pool, destination playground and splash pad.

Free swimming opportunities for Oshawa residents
To celebrate the reopening of Rotary Pool, City Council has approved free swimming opportunities for Oshawa residents during summer 2026.
Oshawa residents can enjoy free drop-in leisure swimming at Rotary Pool, including lane swim, family swim, and fun swim; subject to capacity limits.
To access free swimming, residents must:
- Show government-issued identification with proof of Oshawa residency; or
- Scan their Rotary Pool Season Pass.
Please note: Registration for the Rotary Pool Season Pass is now closed.

Admission fees for fitness membership holders
Leisure swimming at Rotary Pool is included with a valid Fitness Membership. Membership holders do not need a Rotary Pool Season Pass to gain admission to the pool.
Membership holders would only require a season pass if they wish to access free swimming lessons at Rotary Pool. Please note, regardless of membership status, lessons are available to Oshawa residents only and are subject to availability.
Admission fees for non-residents
Non-residents must pay applicable admission fees to enter Rotary Pool.
Visit Memberships and Admissions to see leisure swimming admission fees. Monthly passes can be purchased at indoor pool locations which can be used at both indoor and outdoor pools. Oshawa residents 55 years of age and older, living in or paying property taxes in Oshawa, qualify for discounts on recreation programs, memberships and leisure admission fees.
Limited parking is available. Additional parking is available off-site at:
- Durham Alternative Secondary School (240 Simcoe St. S.): Daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. until Labour Day. From Labour Day to September 20, parking is available Monday to Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 6:30 p.m.
Visitors are encouraged to use the crosswalk at Centre St. S. and Gibb St. and follow designated pedestrian routes to access the pool facility safely.
